Amazing how it's my Blessing 110 when it's actually the first day of October! Switch the numbers around and you get 10-1! This picture is my OCTOBER MOON. I realized that I haven't taken a picture all day. So I went out my front door and saw this awesome light in the night sky. The moon soothes me and radiates peace. It reassures me that even in the darkness, God watches from above. His presence never subsides. The moon shines over us when we are sound asleep for the most part. It's hardly ever noticed. When we awake, it's bright and cheerful friend, the Sun, takes all the attention. I'm sure Mr. Moon is perfectly content being the unseen light. Though it's silent, it is loved my me. The same moon can be seen by those who are far away in the distance. So it's a comfort to me to know that the ones I love can enjoy this simple beauty at the same time. It's like holding hands, a comfort hug, a ray of hope.
