It's been a while since Elline and I had a moment to ourselves. But today, we were blessed with a Muffin Moment. Knowing that she was going to visit me today, I baked her some blueberry muffins and made coffee for the both of us. It was raining outside so it made a perfect backdrop for a meaningful time of catching up. We talked and ate for two hours! It was wonderful!
The best part of our time together was when she shared from her journal all the lovely things that God has been teaching her. She's a beautiful writer and heart-felt one at that. I know that even though our time together has been very limited, she has been growing beautifully and steadfastly in the Lord. I praise God for Elline. She was my Muffin Moment.
