Proverbs 3:3-43 Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
4 Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man.
The reason why I love wearing heart pendants is to remind me to always show love especially when it's the hardest to give it. It has become a personal symbol of mine. Today's verses became a great discovering for me. I have always known the verses that followed (v.5-6), but never paid attention to verses 3 and 4. Now I have verses to back up what I want to stand for. To bind something around your neck is an inescapable presence of an object. To write something on the tablet of your heart is to remind you of something of importance and is sure to stay permanent.
"LOVE AND FAITHFULNESS"
When we remember to love unconditionally, it makes God's smile.
