Everyone ... I want you to meet Lem Usita ... our Winter Camp Speaker! What a blessing it was to finally meet up again after so many years! I find him as a refreshing spring of God's love!... And that's intentional! Ash and Lem just wanted to pose with the Christmas mugs given today by Lem.
I didn't expect such luxury! A beautiful white platter, with matching white towels, four Christmas mugs, two practical containers, and peppermint hot chocolate ... all from my favorite Crate & Barrel! Now, we haven't seen Lem in so, so long ... and for him to bless our family with these particular gifts were amazing! How amazing? I love Crate & Barrel, I love white kitchen items, I love mugs, I love practicality, and we all love peppermint hot chocolate! He didn't know this! But because we have the same God who connects us in many ways, he went with his gut feelings! I thought that was amazing!
Funny how we discover things about each other that can truly connect us on a deeper level. We had such an awesome time of fellowship as we discussed the topics for camp and in just having deep conversations with one another at the planning meeting. I felt tonight was truly a great break through for all of us. I trust God that there will be so much more "connecting" that will transpire at camp. But tonight, we are encourage with the loving fact that we are God's Beloved!
