Blessing 185 - And Dim Sum!

This pink bakery box with the red strings tied around it only brings fun and fond memories growing up in San Francisco! Whenever my parents would come home with a pink box from Chinatown ... it would only mean one thing:

A WISH COME TRUE!!!
DIM SUM!!!
We were blessed to have some this morning in Oakland Chinatown.

We had such a great time walking around 4th Street in Berkeley. Although we encountered some light rain which turned into a light mist, it was so awesome and relaxing sitting outside Peet's and watching people and dogs walk by. I didn't realize how much I missed 4th Street and all its shops and cafes until today. I especially loved being in the midst of the mist while doing a little shopping! I think I spent the most time in Crate & Barrel! I was just so delighted to be able to scratch some people off my Christmas list.

Jon, Niko, and Professor Lem (haha) were so much fun to be with! All three were my shopping troopers! It was nice to have spent some last hours with Lem before he flew back to San Diego. I tell you... our conversations just centered around God the whole day! It was refreshing as the afternoon mist!
