A moment in the rain to capture these lovelies was so worth it! As soon as I got out of my car, I noticed them growing wildly in front of my friend's yard. I forgot about everything else, like the coming rain. I then got on my knees and started shooting away. Not until I got the shots I desired, did I decide to come in from the rain. A friend once told me that it takes great patience to get the picture you want. You wait until the image unfolds before your eyes. I love that!I'm so glad that God isn't finished with me yet. Just like a great photographer, God waits so patiently for us until He gets the perfect picture us. We will never reach perfection until we reach heaven, but He desires for us to strive for excellence. He promises to be with us every step of the way.
So He waits until His Image unfolds within our lives. He waits until we unfold before His eyes. What a vision that must be! Oh, I can't wait! Hehehe...
Dear friends, now we are children of God,
and what we will be has not yet been made known.
But we know that when he appears,
we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.
